As first time buyers we were a little apprehensive about organising a mortgage ourselves – we didn’t know where to start, how much we could borrow or want to mess anything up. Liz showed us exactly how much we could borrow and we were given a mortgage in principle that afternoon. Once we found the house we wanted (a year later), we contacted Liz and she sorted the entire mortgage process for us.
